India and Japan held the 8th Defence Policy Dialogue in Tokyo to review bilateral defence cooperation and discuss regional and global security issues. The dialogue reaffirmed both nations’ commitment to strengthening strategic ties, enhancing defence collaboration, and promoting a free, open, and rules-based Indo-Pacific.
