At Jananayak Chandrashekhar University’s 7th convocation, UP Governor Anandiben Patel called on youth to pursue innovation and research to elevate India globally. She emphasized environmental conservation, warned against substance abuse, and encouraged female students to stay focused. Over 19,000 degrees were awarded, with women making up the majority of graduates.
