His research interests include green finance, renewable energy financing, climate risk, trade policy, MSME development, and India’s economic self-reliance.
He holds a B.Tech degree from the Indian Maritime University, Kolkata, and a postgraduate qualification (PG) from the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune. He has also undertaken executive education at IIM Jammu and IIT Kanpur. His research and writings have appeared in Economic & Political Weekly (EPW), Organiser, Indian Economic Journal, and ORF. He is also a contributor to the India Banking and Finance Report as a Co-Author.
