This meeting focused on the orientation of the Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan Delhi Chapter and the formalisation of its future roadmap. The primary mission is to contribute towards making India a prosperous and developed nation (Viksit Bharat) by 2047, rooted in the
Indian Knowledge System. A significant portion of the discussion was dedicated to the “Urja Aatmanirbharta Abhiyan” (Energy Self-Reliance Campaign).

- About Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan (SSS)
- Mission: To conduct research based on indigenous knowledge systems and define India’s development paradigms independently of Western norms.
- Structure: Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan aims to emerge as a global think tank that drives sustainable growth across traditional and modern sectors. Its research and advocacy are organised into 11 key verticals:
- Vibrant Demography
- Fully Employed Bharat
- Largest Economy Bharat
- Invincible Defence Structure
- Leading in Science & Technology
- Environmentally Friendly Bharat
- Global Outlook and Bharat

- Presence: Currently has 12 chapters nationwide, including the Delhi Chapter, with over 110 MoUs signed with various organisations.
- Headquarters: “Gyan Kunj” building, inaugurated on August 15, 2025.
- Energy Self-Reliance Campaign (Urja Aatmanirbharta Abhiyan)
In response to the Prime Minister’s appeal for energy conservation, the SSS has expanded this mission under the “Swadeshi Swavalamban Abhiyan.”

- Internship & Academic Collaboration
- Programs: SSS offers internships for Delhi University students, including a 1-year program requiring 60 hours of work and a final research paper.
- Publication: Regular publication of the Newsletter (Adhyayam) every 15 days and the Journal (Arthyayam) every quarter.
- BGIF: The Bharat Global Industrial Forum works alongside SSS to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
