Zoho Corp, one of India’s most profitable and globally respected SaaS companies, is making a bold move—this time not in software, but in silicon.
The Chennai-headquartered company has invested ₹107 crore in Kerala-based semiconductor startup Netrasemi, leading its Series A round alongside existing backer Unicorn India Ventures. The funding marks Zoho’s strategic entry into India’s deep-tech and chipmaking ecosystem, with a particular focus on Edge AI, robotics, and indigenous IP development.
