EU sanctions on Russia: Global IT giant Microsoft has restored IT services to Russia-backed Indian oil refinery Nayara Energy, according to a Reuters report. Nayara had sued Microsoft for abrupt suspension of services following European Union’s fresh sanctions on Russia.
