A one-day seminar on the theme “Reflections on Great and Prosperous Bharat” was held today at the MMTC HRDC Building, Panjab University, Chandigarh. A one-day seminar on the theme “Reflections on Great and Prosperous Bharat” The seminar witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 50 plus members.
Key Highlights and Insights:
1. Sh. Satish Kumar Ji shared profound insights on the eight foundational pillars of a Great and Prosperous Bharat.
2. Prof. Kuldeep Agnihotri Ji (executive vice-president of the Haryana Academy of Literature and Culture, and former VC Central University of Himachal Pradesh) emphasized the significance of Bharat’s cultural and historical heritage in shaping its greatness.
3. Shri Rakesh Sharda, Principal Scientist PAU Ludhiana, Ji stressed the need for sustainable and environment-friendly development.
4. Prof. Jaianti Dutta Ji, Director MMTC, HRDC, PU underscored the importance of fostering critical thinking among students and educators.
5. Prof. Chandan Awasthy Ji, Deputy Director IDC Chandigarh, discussed the influence of geopolitics and defense capabilities, with special reference to Operation Sindoor, in shaping contemporary global narratives.
6. Dr, Madhur Mahajan Ji, Associate Professor GGDSD College Chandigarh elaborated on the vital role of trade in Ancient Bharat.
7. The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Prof. S. C. Vaidya Ji (former DUI Panjab University Chandigarh).
The event concluded with the formal announcement of the Chandigarh Chapter of Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan, followed by a standing ovation in honor of India’s defense forces for the successful and exemplary execution of Operation Sindoor.
