Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted ‘Raksha Shakti’ as a key pillar of Viksit Bharat, stressing self-reliance in defence and India’s ambition to become a global supplier of next-generation technologies. He called for stronger indigenous capabilities, advanced drones, counter-drone and hypersonic systems, cybersecurity, modern civil defence, and enhanced military preparedness.
